Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs Designs and leads initiatives with regard to HR Business Partner Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth Functional accountability for HR Business Partner on country/site- level Manages and supervises the HR Business Partner org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology 5–10 years of experience in progressive HR experience within the manufacturing industry, including leadership. Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law, collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations, labor compliance, and strategic Human Resources Management.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Weekly pay, Major Medical Insurance, and Life Insurance.
