Take your next step and support us as a CAE ENGINEER . DESCRIPTION Lead and execute full vehicle crashworthiness and safety simulation projects. Develop CAE models, perform crash simulations, and propose optimization solutions based on analysis results. Analyze, document, and present simulation findings to internal stakeholders and customers.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams including Design, Testing, and Product Development. Support the development of innovative vehicle safety concepts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Gain exposure to global automotive projects and advanced CAE methodologies.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. +1 year of experience in CAE and structural/crash simulations within the automotive industry. Knowledge of FEM methodologies and experience with tools such as ANSA, LS-DYNA, PAM-CRASH, Abaqus, Nastran, OpenFOAM, and Animator.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret simulation results and recommend engineering improvements. Self-driven, organized, and proactive work style with a high sense of responsibility and commitment. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams. Fluent English.
