CAD Designer Junior/Drivetrain

Take your next step and support us as a CAD DESIGNER JUNIOR/DRIVETRAIN. DESCRIPTION Support the development of Engine and Powertrain components from concept through product release. Develop and build parametric 3D CAD models according to customer standards Create and update 2D technical drawings, ensuring compliance with GD&T standards and manufacturing requirements.

Design and optimize engine and powertrain components such as brackets, housings, covers, mounting systems, cooling components, piping, and structural parts. Perform packaging studies, clearance analyses, and interface checks within vehicle assemblies. Support tolerance investigations, feasibility analyses, and design reviews.

Prepare engineering documentation, technical reports, and design release packages. Generate and maintain part lists (BOMs), CAD documentation, and engineering change records. Collaborate with design, simulation, testing, manufacturing, and project teams to resolve technical issues. Follow established development processes, design checklists, and engineering standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering , Mechatronic engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related. 1+ year of experience product development and CAD design Experience in Engine, Thermal Management, or Drivetrain component design. Advanced 3D modeling and 2D drafting using CATIA and CREO Understanding of manufacturing processes such as: Casting, machining, sheet metal forming, welding, forging, plastic injection molding Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
