Palermo is seeking a dependable Bakery Mixer and Machine Operator for our 1st shift at West Milwaukee. You will operate and monitor specialized bakery production equipment, set up production specifications, ensure top product quality and food safety, perform routine troubleshooting, and complete documentation. We prefer candidates with manufacturing or food processing experience, mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and a strong attention to detail.
