That could mean driving a guest to the mountain, helping to clear snow, or participating in a brainstorming session. The Role As Kitchen Help on the catering staff, you'll assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Your role

will be crucial in supporting the culinary team to provide excellent meals for guests. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills such as Japanese or other languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Support other kitchen staff as needed. Help with kitchen inventory and supply management. Key Qualities Experience in a kitchen setting preferred. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must hold a valid Japanese driver's license or be able to obtain an International Driving Permit. Potential to move into a year-round position for outstanding team members Employment Period Mid-November until mid-April Working Hours Depending on customer demand and reservations, working hours can range anywhere from 8 to 40 hours per week, including weekends. You will have at least one full day off each week. (6-8 Hours per day, up to 6 days per week)
