That could mean driving a guest to the mountain, helping to clear snow, or participating in a brainstorming session. The Role As a Cook on the catering staff, you'll prepare and cook meals for guests during their stay.

You'll play a key role in providing delicious and nutritious food options to enhance the guest experience. Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills such as Japanese or other languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to established menus. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff and team members. Key Qualities Experience in cooking and food preparation. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Strong attention to detail and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must hold a valid Japanese driver's license or be able to obtain an International Driving Permit. First aid and CPR certification preferred.
