Construction Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Perform assigned tasks as needed
• Anticipate and address potential issues before they arise
• Recruit and oversee subcontractor workforce
• Effectively communicate project plans and timelines to subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage project costs and adhere to timelines
• Interpret construction plans and blueprints for project execution Qualifications:
• Previous experience in wood framing construction preferred
• Proficient with hand-held tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines
• Physical stamina to handle workload
• Ability to follow and implement construction plans
