FP&A Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an FP&A Manager based in the United States. The FP&A Manager will play a key role in strengthening financial and commercial performance within a project-driven environment, with a particular focus on construction costs.

This position bridges financial planning and analysis with operational and commercial activities, supporting informed business decisions through accurate financial insights. The successful candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and monthly reporting processes. They will also identify financial risks and opportunities while improving reporting efficiency and financial controls.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, the role requires the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations. This is a remote opportunity, with optional hybrid working for candidates located near an office.
