Fi and digital assets to the mainstream, consider building your career at Paxos Labs. We're hiring a De. Fi Backend Engineer to help scale Paxos Labs's De. Fi infrastructure capabilities. We are open to candidates of varying levels of experience for this role. The team at Paxos Labs builds De. Fi infrastructure that reimagines the way on-chain liquidity strategies are handled.

Strategies and risk management are delegated to sophisticated actors who act from compute done in a data rich offchain environment—all the while maintaining onchain constraints that enforce user safety. We are looking for a motivated developer that can not only develop, but aptly research and deploy extensive knowledge across Trad.

Fi and De. Fi to execute state-of-the-art risk curation and yield optimization in De. Fi.. Most importantly, we are looking for developers with interests in the following: Quantitative Risk Analysis De. Fi Trading Strategies Performant Backend Engineering Responsibilities Financial Collaborate closely with a Quantitative Researcher to manage a portfolio of yield generating opportunities across protocols and blockchains.

Manage algorithm design and back testing to produce actionable insights for De. Fi portfolio management. Engineering Automate complex onchain interactions interacting with various De. Fi protocols via offchain services. Monitor data, forecast risk, and implement optimized triggers to enter opportunistic strategies or exit black swan events before anyone else in the market.

Maintain trading infrastructure and tools to guarantee operational security and to reduce trust assumptions for our users. Build solvers that can find the optimal routing through various DEXs to construct transactions that can process multiple swaps in batch.
