**Job Description:**As a Float at Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches, you will play a vital role in supporting our front-of-house and back-of-house staff by stepping in where needed during busy hours or staff shortages. This position requires versatility, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in various roles, including cashier, sandwich maker, and customer service representative, as needed.

• Ensure the accurate and efficient preparation of sandwiches and menu items, adhering to Baggin's quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations.
• Help with inventory management, including restocking supplies and notifying management of low inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive work environment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for both customers and staff.
• Be adaptable and willing to learn new tasks as required by management.Qualifications:- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
