Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer Work Location: Fort Collins, CO and surrounding area Work Arrangement: On-Site and field-based Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands. This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume.

To meet shifting operational deadlines, occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required. What You'll Do

Installation: Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately. Technical Execution: Apply familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues. Customer Relations: Build strong customer relationships by understanding and meeting new and existing customer needs. Operational Standards: Comply with all service standards, work instructions, and specific customer requirements.

Documentation: Accurately interpret and utilize blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications during service calls. What You Bring: Experience: 2+ years of residential and/or light commercial installation experience. Licensing: Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record. Skills: Deep understanding of installation/venting codes, basic sheet metal practices, and air balancing.

Integrity: High integrity with a strong desire for continuous improvement. Compliance: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Ability to handle the physical demands of HVAC installation, including lifting up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders and in varying seasonal temperatures (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors).

Ability to stand and move safely throughout an 8-hour shift.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $62,400 – $95,000+ per Year (Note: Based on a guaranteed base rate of $30.00 per hour) Range Basis: Within this range, an individual's starting pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, professional experience, and internal equity across our organization.

Other Compensation: This position operates on a high-earning piece-rate/incentive pay system. You are paid flat rates per installation or your hourly guarantee, whichever is greater. See benefits listed above. Solo Installs: $725.00 Full System / $400.00 Half System Two-Man Installs: $350.00 to $450.00 Full System / $225.

00 to $275.00 Half System (based on crew mix) Add-On Incentives (Per Job): New Flue ($50), New Line Sets ($50), Attic/Crawlspace ($100), New Humidifier ($30). Note: Some add-ons are split if working with a partner. Additional Services: Insulation ($200/tech), Duct Cleanings ($180–$200) Hourly Protection: If there is a lack of work, you are protected by a guaranteed minimum floor of $1,200 per week ($30.

00/hr). Warranties and callbacks outside of your own original installs are paid at $30.00/hr.
