Admissions Nurse

Holton Manor is looking to hire an Admissions and Care Experience Navigator (Nurse) to add our amazing team!

Requirements

LPN or RN licensed in the State of Wisconsin. Must have a current CPR certification (or willing to obtain) Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, patients, families, community members, volunteers and other staff members. Able to read, write and speak English. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications.

Manages the facility’s internal admissions process from intake to discharge and is responsible for coordination of all tours and admissions, to ensure the process is thorough and the patient has a smooth admission, with a focus on their individualized clinical needs and comfort.
