What We Are Looking For

• Two years of experience in MDS Coding/Dx Coding, PDPM, Triple Check and Med Certifications
• RNAC Certification preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, and management skills; good interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships; high level of initiative and creative problems-solving ability.
• Two years of recent clinical experience in a health care setting, geriatric setting preferred, one year supervisory or management experience.
• An active RN License within the state of Florida. What You Will Cover:
• Care plan resident needs as assessed by care team.
• Coordinate and oversee all areas of the MDS assessment process to assure compliance with all federal and state requirements.
• Participates in the management of resident care
• Demonstrates appropriate and safe work practices and behaviors.
• Identify changes in resident’s status and intervenes based on nursing knowledge and judgment as well as MD orders. Come and see the River Garden difference! EOE/DFW
