Garage Door- Installation Technician

You may have found your next career! We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Garage Door Installation Technicians. Previous garage door installation experience is not required — we are willing to train the right person! If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.

This is a hands-on career where every day brings something different. You'll work at homes and businesses throughout the Twin Cities, install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and accessories, and learn a skilled trade you can be proud of. What You'll Do

Install residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and related components. Prepare your truck with the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each job. Review work orders and follow installation specifications. Ensure doors and openers are properly installed, aligned, and operating safely. Maintain clean, organized job sites and provide professional customer service.

Follow company safety procedures and installation standards. Work alongside experienced team members while developing your skills.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Mechanical aptitude and an interest in working with your hands. Dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 80 pounds. Previous construction, installation, or garage door experience is a plus, but not required!
