Job description
• Responsible for managing the shift while ensuring employee safety, product quality, food safety compliance, and adherence to the production plan.
- Managing a team of approximately 30 employees.
- Onboarding new employees, allocating resources for their training, overseeing their certification, and driving continuous professional development.
- Ensuring machine availability and maintaining high productivity levels.
- Providing solutions and support for operational and production process issues.
- Setting priorities and coordinating shift activities according to the production schedule.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the organization. Previous experience in managing and leading employees – required. Previous experience working in a manufacturing/production environment – required. Availability to work shifts – required.
