• Responsible for managing the shift while ensuring employee safety, product quality, food safety compliance, and adherence to the production plan.

• Managing a team of approximately 30 employees.
• Onboarding new employees, allocating resources for their training, overseeing their certification, and driving continuous professional development.
• Ensuring machine availability and maintaining high productivity levels.
• Providing solutions and support for operational and production process issues.
• Setting priorities and coordinating shift activities according to the production schedule.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the organization. Previous experience in managing and leading employees – required. Previous experience working in a manufacturing/production environment – required. Availability to work shifts – required. • אחריות לניהול צוות המונה כ-30 עובדים/ות
• קליטת עובדים/ות חדשים/ות והקצאת משאבים להדרכתם, אחריות להסמכתם ושיפור מתמיד במקצועיותם
• אחריות לזמינות מכונות ושמירה על תפוקות עבודה גבוהות
• מתן מענה לתקלות בתהלכי עבודה
• קביעת סדרי עדיפויות בתוכנית המשמרת
