Our platform and DIA (Design Intent Administration) services are designed to scale across all construction sectors as we grow.Our Mission: Eliminate design-to-construction chaos and give teams a single source of truth they can trust.Your work directly supports that mission.Role Summaryefficiently is hiring a construction-savvy GC Engagement Specialist who will serve as the primary connector to our GC clients.You Willonboard and train GC Project Managers on efficientlyguide early usage and deliver fast winstransition into light AE-style check-ins after onboardingcoordinate internally with our DIA teamact as a subject-matter expert for our product and engineering teams. Your mission is simple:Make PMs successful fast, maintain tight communication, and ensure efficiently becomes essential on every project.Who You AreGC/PM looking for a career changeexperience in construction, ideally high-end residential. Procore experience is requiredexperience working with PMs, supers, subs, designersunderstand drawings, RFIs, specs, finishes, change managementclear communicator, organized, proactivecomfortable supporting demanding GC clientssteady under pressure, strong attention to detail. Core Responsibilities GC PM Engagement & Supportserve as the primary point of contact for GC PMsmaintain consistent weekly communicationcollect drawings, specs, selections, changes, RFIsunderstand sequencing, deadlines, and project contextensure PMs always know what’s happening next Onboarding & Trainingrun client onboarding sessionsteach efficiently workflowsdeliver first-win value in the first weekhelp PMs form efficient habits early AE-Style Account Managementconduct light ongoing check-insanswer PM questions and unblock issuesmonitor account health and satisfactionidentify opportunities for multi-project expansion. Intake & Coordination with DIA Teamtranslate PM updates into structured DIA taskstrack DIA turnaround times and deliverablesensure outputs meet GC expectations. Product Feedback & SME Contributionshare field insights with product developmenthelp validate feature conceptsrepresent the GC PM workflow in internal discussions. Key Metrics (KPIs)PM engagement ratetime-to-first-valuePM platform usage (logins + actions)DIA turnaround alignmentreduction in PM admin timeoverall satisfaction and retentionexpansion across additional projects.
