Our Plantation team is currently seeking an energetic, proactive Client Performance Administrative Assistant to nurture client relationships, track operational performance metrics, and maintain rigorous compliance standards across our active portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for nationwide institutional accounts, overseeing day-to-day communications via phone, email, and complex client portals. Evaluate performance scorecards, oversee strict reporting deadlines, and drive internal workflows to eliminate processing bottlenecks. Audit file progression against precise regulatory and client milestones to prevent stagnation.

Deliver essential administrative support throughout internal quality audits, external client assessments, and statutory compliance reviews. Assemble thorough case histories and aggregate quantitative performance analytics for executive leadership. Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and default operations teams to ensure legal filings satisfy rigorous court and investor deadlines.

Track, interpret, and swiftly execute procedural updates, system notifications, and industry-wide directives.

Qualifications

Professional Experience: 2+ years of hands-on background in default services, bankruptcy law, real estate litigation, or mortgage servicing. Investor Guidelines: Solid working familiarity with GSE guidelines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA default timelines. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite paired with practical experience utilizing legal management platforms such as Perfect Practice, ICE, Tempo, ADR, or DRA.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written abilities tailored for delivering intricate case updates to corporate stakeholders. Organization: Highly organized and detail-oriented with a demonstrated track record of managing competing priorities effortlessly. Teamwork: Capable of operating independently with minimal supervision while fostering cross-functional success across multiple legal departments.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience tracking, managing, or auditing client performance metrics; a working grasp of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes; or professional exposure to audit defense or regulatory compliance within financial services.
