Outbound Sales Representative

This role is ideal for a proactive, persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers, selling products or services, and contributing to our client’s growth by ensuring excellent customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

You’ll be an integral part of our mission-driven team, supporting business growth through direct sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell products/services, nurturing leads and driving sales Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure continued interest and engagement Tailor conversations to meet customer needs, ensuring personalized service and recommendations Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns and questions promptly Adhere to ethical sales practices, company policies, and quality standards, avoiding misleading claims Collaborate with other departments to refer customer needs and inquiries as appropriate Work towards and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a Business-related field High School or Senior High School Graduate At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice-based) Prior sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO) Ability to manage high call volumes and meet sales quotas consistently Strong communication and behavioral competencies with a professional demeanor Goal-driven and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed Benefits Terms & Benefits Upon Regularization: 10 days Paid Time Off (PTO) prorated Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Government Mandated Benefits: SSS, Phil.
