Job description
The Broadcast Facilities Engineer provides technical and facilities support for Newsmax editorial, production, engineering, and operations teams. The position is responsible for maintaining the broadcast infrastructure as well as the physical facility and its supporting systems.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, solutions-oriented technician with a strong understanding of broadcast technology and a practical mechanical skill set. This position requires someone who can troubleshoot a broadcast system one minute and address a mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, or general facility issue the next.
Provides both on-demand and preventative maintenance support, technical guidance, equipment installation, and general facility support in a 24x7 broadcast environment.
