Product Engineering Manager

The Product Engineering Manager – Equipment leads the engineering team responsible for ADS's ventilation equipment product lines, including VAV boxes, Fan Powered Terminal Units (FPTU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), and Blower Coil Units. This role owns the Engineering Change Process, value engineering initiatives, design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA), sustaining engineering, and new product development for these product lines.

The Manager builds and coaches a high-performing team, raising the bar on both technical execution and team efficiency, while partnering across manufacturing, quality, sales, and operations to deliver reliable, cost-competitive products on schedule.
