Product Specialist

The Account Manager (Product Specialist) is the technical and operational owner of assigned product lines, sitting at the intersection of Product Management and Commercial Operations. This role acts as the front-line technical resource for Regional Sales Managers, reps, and clients working with those product lines, and partners closely with the Client Operations Specialist (COS) to keep quotes technically sound and accurately priced.

The Account Manager is expected to resolve technical questions and escalations proactively, providing strategic recommendations wherever a standard answer doesn't apply.
