Preconstruction Manager

Working with a team of construction executives and project managers, the Preconstruction Manager manages the execution and completion of all preconstruction activities, working to ensure that assigned new construction jobs are set up in accordance with Alliance standards and local regulatory or other requirements. The Preconstruction Manager oversees the planning and development stages of construction projects before building begins, ensuring projects are feasible, cost-effective and prepared for execution.

This role involves extensive collaboration with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to prepare and manage budgets, schedules and risk mitigation. Due to its essential job duties, this role is designated as a safety-sensitive position.
