Job description
The Dietary Cook prepares and serves nutritious meals that accommodate the dietary needs and cultural requirements of campers, staff, and guests. The position supports safe and efficient meal service by following food safety, health, and camp requirements and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Working with the kitchen team, the Dietary Cook contributes to an inclusive camp environment through appropriate food substitutions and responsive meal preparation.
