Medical Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

Front Desk Medical Secretary: We need someone reliable, organized, good with computers, and courteous to patients and coworkers. What we expect: Arrive early every day, work your full scheduled shift, and complete your daily responsibilities. Treat patients, the clinical team, and everyone sharing the office with respect.

Help clean up and close the office each day. Wear professional office attire. Commute reliably to all locations below.

Responsibilities

Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, and reschedule missed visits. Answer patient calls, emails, and messages. Keep electronic patient charts, demographics, and insurance information complete and accurate. Handle referrals, prepare patient paperwork using physician reports, and coordinate with the billing team. Scan and sort mail daily.

Requirements

Own computer; proficiency with Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Tebra EMR. English required; Spanish preferred. Schedule: Monday–Saturday clinic days, based on the clinic schedule Required arrival: 8:45 AM .
