Student Recruiter for Adult, Online, and Graduate Degree Programs

This is a remote position. InterLearn, a higher education consulting company and Online Program Partner, is seeking Student Recruiters for Adult, Online, and Graduate Degree Programs of its clients. We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy Student Recruiter who can help our clients recruit students for their programs.

The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new student prospects while maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the institution's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

Set up meetings with potential students and listen to their wishes and concerns offering program options to meet their needs. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on degree programs available and features of the institution and its programs. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Participate on behalf of the institution in exhibitions or conferences.

Recruit students from leads to applied and in-class. Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.

Requirements

Proven experience as a non-traditional student recruiter, sales executive, or other relevant role. High Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learning speed and a passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

A high school degree required, Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
