Facilities Operations Manager

Under general direction, leads day-to-day Facilities Department operations, including maintenance, staff supervision, vendor management, projects, budgets, compliance, and operational planning. This position balances hands-on maintenance and repair work with departmental leadership, coordination, emergency response, and accountability to ensure facilities operations meet organizational priorities.

The role supervises a small facilities team and works closely with leadership around concerns, risks, unresolved issues, and major capital needs.
