Program Manager - Workforce Development

The Program Manager coordinates and provides direct supervision of a team of employees who utilize the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model of Supported Employment and Supported Education for youth and young adults who have experienced homelessness, systems involvement, mental health challenges, substance misuse, and/or trauma.

The Program Manager ensures good program outcomes by providing training, supervision, data oversight; implementing quality improvement plans; monitoring client outcomes; and working side-by-side with team members through field mentoring. The Program Manager ensures the team is actively engaged in the community and equipped to support clients in navigating community resources and internal supportive service opportunities at Life.
