Position Title: Industrial Cook – 2nd Shift Department: Manufacturing Hours: 12:30p.m. – shift end (hours may vary) Schedule: Monday – Friday + Saturdays Pay Rate: $23.50/hour - $24.50 (Kitchen Premium included) Location: Holland, Michigan There has never been a more exciting time to join Request Foods. Weigh all raw goods to specifications. Keep prep cooler and other work areas clean and organized. Monitor and maintains proper rotation of raw goods.

Handle and stores leftover raw goods according to procedures. Document work accomplished and hazard analysis critical control point requirements according to procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications: One to three months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in English is required. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Good organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical activity, including: Extensive walking and standing Reach with hands and arms Repetitive motion (hands/wrists) Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to push/pull roll tanks up to 2000 lbs Ability to stand and walk up to 2/3 of working time Ability to work in cold environment (Cooler, Freezer) Work Environment: Different climates – wet production, dry storage, cooler, freezer
