Plumber: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Shift

The Plumber is responsible for the maintenance and operations pertaining to the plumbing systems at the Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) at the Hyde Park campus. This includes but is not limited to clearing drains, repairing or installing water, steam, irrigation, or waste lines, installing appliances, sinks, showers, and toilets, responding to radio requests, responding to emergencies and completing work orders and project work as assigned.

Additionally, the Plumber plans and coordinates all activities with the Associate Director - Facilities and functions as a safety advocate and liaison for the department.
