MBBS Doctor

A hospital in Hyderabad is seeking a qualified MBBS Doctor with experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or emergency medicine. Candidates with relevant fellowship or certification training in Critical Care Medicine are preferred. The selected candidate will support the assessment, stabilization, monitoring, and treatment of critically ill or emergency patients as part of the hospital's medical team.

Qualifications

MBBS from a recognized medical institution. Valid medical registration as per applicable regulations. Relevant experience in ICU or emergency medicine. Fellowship or certification in Critical Care Medicine preferred, such as: CCT – Certificate Course in Critical Care FMC – Fellowship in Medical Critical Care FCCCM – Fellowship of College of Critical Care Medicine PCCCM – Primary Certification in Critical Care Medicine CTCCM – Certificate of Training in Critical Care Medicine Good clinical judgment, communication, and patient-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with intensivists, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Assess and manage patients presenting with critical illnesses or medical emergencies within the scope of qualification and experience. Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical status, and response to treatment. Assist with patient stabilization and emergency interventions as required. Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, nursing staff, and other departments.

Support ICU patient management, including clinical documentation and treatment monitoring. Recognize deterioration in patients' conditions and escalate cases promptly. Communicate with patients' families regarding care updates within the scope of responsibility. Maintain accurate medical records and follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
