Urologist

A hospital in Guntur is seeking an experienced Urologist to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with urological conditions. The role includes outpatient consultations, surgical care, and coordination with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

MS/DNB in General Surgery with MCh/DNB in Urology or an equivalent recognized qualification. Relevant clinical and surgical experience in Urology. Valid medical registration as per applicable regulations. Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills. Good communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and comprehensive assessments of patients with urological conditions. Diagnose and manage urological disorders based on clinical evaluation and investigations. Perform urological procedures and surgeries within the scope of qualification and experience. Review diagnostic reports and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care. Monitor patient progress and manage complications when required. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Coordinate with other specialists and healthcare professionals. Follow hospital protocols, medical ethics, infection-control practices, and patient-safety standards.
