We are currently seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our teams in Medford, and Talent. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care by: Serving as a trusted liaison between patients and care teams Supporting patients both in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy Coordinating appointments, confirming schedules, and preparing patients for their visits Identifying individual needs and ensuring every patient receives the support they deserve If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a team dedicated to improving our community health, we’d love to meet you.
