We’re Hiring: Automotive Service Advisor Location: Santa Fe NM Company:Santa Fe Mazda Position Type: Full-Time

Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Service Advisor** and be the bridge between customers and our skilled technicians.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs

Provide accurate estimates and timelines

Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

Manage repair orders and follow-ups

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Automotive knowledge and/or service advisor experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Customer-focused attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with service software (Dealer Track and My Karma) a plus

What We Offer:

$18-$25 per clock hour
