Senior Strategy&Planning Manager

Responsibilities

Transform complex client briefs into high-performing media plans Lead the development of Tier 1 and large-scale strategic proposals Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function Coach and guide Middle and Junior-level planners Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership Experience & Skills: 3+ years in digital media planning 1–2 years of experience in mentoring or team support Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred) English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate and express point in verbal and written English easily
