Elementary - Special Education Teacher

DESCRIPTION: The position is a Special Education Teacher at North Greene Elementary.

QUALIFICATIONS

Illinois LBSI licensure required for special education teaching. WORKING CONDITIONS: The school is located approximately 20 miles North of Jerseyville and South of Jacksonville, and 45 miles north of Alton and southwest of Springfield on Highway 67. The anticipated enrollment is 450 in grades Pre-K to 6th grade. Salary is based on years of experience and education, partially paid health/life/dental insurance, district-paid portion of TRS, and opportunity for continuing education tuition reimbursement. There are several extra-curricular coaching and sponsorship positions available as well. Detailed contract terms are available for viewing in the negotiated agreement on the district website
