Retail Sales Account Manager

We at Nova , are a young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast thinking “Retail Sales Account Manager – Athens” to be part of our successful Retail Sales Network Team . You have a challenging mission to: Supervise Nova Stores of your responsibility in order to meet the company's operational standards for high quality customer service.

What will you do: Design and implement action plans per store and per product, to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets Coordinate, guide and support of the Nova Stores franchisees and sales teams through daily stores visits Monitor, analyze and effectively affect results per store and per sales agent It would be great if you have: BSc degree from AEI or TEI.

Master’s degree will be considered a plus Previous experience in sales Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) At least 2 years of experience in Sales Excellent knowledge of MS Office Client-oriented with ability to quickly understand "new" ways of working as well as to propose fresh ideas in order to improve the current procedures.
