The Assistant Baker will assist in baking desserts needed, as well as other food service tasks. # QUALIFICATIONS: High#School#or#Graduate#Equivalency#Exam#preferred. Will#have#a basic#understanding#of#safety#and#sanitation#regulations#relative#to Food Service Operations#and procedures following HACCP#Guidelines.

Will#have#knowledge#of#dessert#and#pastry#production. Knows#how#to#read#written#instructions#well. Knows#how#to#follow#oral#instructions. Further#training#in#quantity#dessert#preparation#techniques#and#sanitation procedures.
