RN Staff

2 West is a#30-bed Medical/Surgical/Orthopedic unit with telemetry capability.#This unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Willis Knighton Bossier Health System. The patient population consists of adult medical/surgical patients with a large population of Orthopedic patients.#With our unit offering remote cardiac monitoring#capability, the#candidate#with ACLS and PALS will be our first choice.

The RN and LPN staff are responsible for providing the highest level of nursing and medical management using a collaborative multidisciplinary approach.#The Nurse-Patient ratio is 1:4 or 1:5 with#nursing assistants#as#support staff.#Orientation with the preceptor is provided according to experience and level of comfort.
