Receptionist (Part-Time) Hialeah FL

Our Mission: Care. Comfort. Plan. San Jose Funeral Home Memorial Plan is looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Hialeah, FL where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for families, guests, and visitors, creating a welcoming and compassionate experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our location.

This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations by managing communications, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring visitors are directed to the appropriate resources. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and service-oriented, with a genuine commitment to helping others. Through exceptional customer service and attention to detail, the Receptionist helps create a positive and supportive environment for the families and communities we serve.

This is a fully onsite position located in Hialeah, FL, with a starting pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person Assist in answering customer questions and resolving any issues Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail and schedule courier deliveries Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location Provide information about location such as departments, offices, employees, and services offered Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent education 6+ months of customer service or receptionist experience Basic computer skills, MS Word and Outlook Professional communication skills Located in Hialeah, Florida, one of Miami-Dade County's most vibrant and culturally rich communities, San Jose Palm Funeral Home Memorial Plan has proudly served families since the late 1990s.
