The Luck Stone Summer Internship is a 9-week program for college students focused on quarry operations. Interns gain hands-on experience in blasting, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, plant operations, quality control, and sales and dispatch — building core competencies in equipment operation, maintenance, safety, and planning.

Throughout the program, interns engage in safety culture and team-building activities, network with industry professionals, and conclude with a presentation of their experiences and learning outcomes.
