Nagar Experience: 0–2 years Salary: ₹2.5–3.5 LPA (performance-based) Job Type: Full-Time / Internship-to-Full-Time Opportunity Gender: Male / Female Languages: English & Hindi (mandatory) Qualification: MBA / Bachelor’s Degree Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to support our Export–Import, Freight Forwarding & Logistics verticals.
The role involves general sales activities, targeted calling, LMS updates, follow-ups, quoting support, and close coordination with internal teams—while learning about customs, logistics, and international forwarding.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted sales calls and generate leads Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and maintain communication Update LMS/CRM with leads, activities, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status Support quote preparation, rate negotiation inputs, and strategic planning Coordinate with operations for shipment info and customer updates Assist customers with basic EXIM, customs, and freight queries (training provided) Maintain daily/weekly sales reports (DSRs) Support other sales and business development activities as required Requirements Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills in English & Hindi Good follow-up discipline and customer handling ability Willingness to learn EXIM, customs, and forwarding processes Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets Positive attitude, organised, and target-driven Benefits Perks: Certificate, Job offer, Informal Dress code, Flexible working hours, Friendly culture, Opportunities to grow fast.
