HR Manager | $50,000 – $60,000 annually Marion, IL | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pepsi Mid. What You’ll Do Drive recruiting efforts and build lasting applicant pipelines Manage onboarding, promotions, and employee recognition Partner with colleges, universities, and community organizations to find top talent Support leadership in staffing, training, and long-term recruitment strategies Keep safety and compliance on track (OSHA logs, incident trends, etc.)
