Recon Trainee

This is an entry-level opportunity offering paid, on-the-job training and hands-on experience in accounting, customer accounts, and administrative operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Reconciliation Trainee supports financial operations by maintaining accurate payment records, processing account adjustments, reviewing account information, and assisting with daily accounting functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process driver payments upon notification from Payroll Enter account adjustments and maintain accurate customer balances Review and verify payment batches for accuracy Ensure batches are properly logged, dated, and filed Maintain accurate customer account records Update customer account information, including address and account status changes Monitor cash receipt logs and follow up as needed Provide support to accounting and customer service teams QUALIFICATIONS Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with numbers and data entry Basic computer proficiency Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team High School Diploma or equivalent preferred TRAINING & CAREER GROWTH Paid, on-the-job training No prior accounting experience required Opportunities for advancement and cross-training Potential career paths in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, and Accounting Support Stable, long-term employment with opportunities for advancement Pepsi Mid.
