Coaching Position General

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide coaching, instruction, and guidance to individuals and teams. Develop and implement coaching plans, training activities, and performance goals. Motivate participants to improve skills, confidence, and overall performance. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, respect, and accountability. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.

Identify strengths and areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth. Communicate effectively with participants, staff, management, and other relevant parties. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment. Organize and supervise practices, training sessions, meetings, or other coaching activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance when required.

Follow organizational policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable rules. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Previous coaching, mentoring, training, or leadership experience preferred. Relevant certifications, training, or background checks may be required depending on the organization and coaching area.
