This position serves as a key representative of the Bank, delivering exceptional service to both retail and commercial customers while processing a variety of financial transactions accurately and efficiently. As a Float Retail Banker, you will provide branch support and coverage at multiple locations within a 50-mile radius, including Daphne, Fairhope, and Gulf Shores. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and reliable transportation, as travel between assigned branches is an essential function of the position. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking services. Provide outstanding customer service by building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and team members. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Balance cash drawers and follow established cash handling and audit procedures. Maintain an organized, secure, and professional work environment. Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals for additional Bank products, services, or specialized assistance. Assist customers with digital banking services, including online banking enrollment, password resets, and account access support.

Process daily transactions and item deposits using back-counter scanning equipment. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the Bank's products, services, and operational procedures. Support overall branch operations by assisting with administrative and operational duties as assigned. Provide staffing coverage and operational support at branch locations within the designated 50-mile service area, including Daphne, Fairhope, and Gulf Shores.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Retail Bank Manager or other Bank leadership. Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of Retail Banking experience required. Cash handling experience required. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to adapt quickly to different branch environments and customer needs.

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations within a 50-mile radius.
