Available Positions & Pay Rates Barista / Crew Member Pay: $11.00 – $13.25 per hour (hourly base plus potential cash and credit tips) Requirements: Greet customers, take orders, prepare handcrafted specialty espresso and coffee beverages, and maintain a positive attitude. Assistant Manager / Head Shift Lead Pay: Competitive hourly options depending on experience.
