Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day physical maintenance, compliance checks, inspections, and in-suite and common area repair work at a newly delivered 1,140-unit residential rental building. The building includes ground floor commercial/retail space; the Maintenance Technician is expected to perform maintenance and repairs across both the residential and commercial areas as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Working under the direction of the Facilities Manager, this role is critical to maintaining the building's physical condition, safety systems, and operational standards through the lease-up period and beyond. The Technician participates in the after-hours on-call rotation.
