Manager Non - Traditional Franchise Sales

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Manager of Non-Traditional Franchise Sales to build and lead our expansion into alternative distribution and franchise formats. This is a newly created, high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Franchise Sales, with an initial mandate to drive candidate development and unit growth across two priority channels: the Food Truck program and military installations.

The ideal candidate combines a strong sales background with the ability to operate independently, build a channel from the ground up, and translate an emerging concept into a repeatable, scalable sales motion.
