Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, relaying updates and answering questions throughout the service process.

Schedule appointments and manage the daily service workflow to minimize wait times. Follow up after service to confirm satisfaction and build lasting customer loyalty. Maintain organized records and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate. Promote additional services when they genuinely benefit the customer and their vehicle.

Qualifications
