Events Manager

About the role

The Events Executive is responsible for the coordination and production of major client events and the Group’s participation in external industry conferences. This is a fixed-term position of 8 months, covering a period of parental leave. Domestic travel and some out-of-hours work are required.

What you'll do

Leading the coordination of external events and other client-focussed engagements in which Pinnacle and the Group’s affiliated fund managers are involved in Coordinating and managing a high volume of venue bookings and liaising with venue management for key events Coordinating and managing event AV requirements, to ensure presentations and content is delivered to the highest standard Ensuring internal stakeholders are well-briefed on event requirments and logistical arrangements Assisting with the production of digital landing pages and other digital elements relating to key events and client engagement strategies; and Assisting with the production of marketing collateral, such as booklets, invitations, and other investment content.

Qualifications

and Desirable Attributes 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Strong event planning and organisational skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure A capable and creative writer with the ability to master copy in the form of event invitations, event reminders/follow-ups, event plans, and event synopses; Experience with graphic design software a plus; and Experience with CRM and/or Content and Events Management software a plus.

Due to the nature of the role, some domestic and out of hours travel will be required.
